Great system and easy to change filters.
I bought this unit at Costco so I was confident it was of good quality. I wanted to replace filters early on and was not able to at first, but a few months after purchasing using Pure Blue H20’s website I was able to get the filters. I have had the system approximately 4 years and have even replaced the RO membrane due to a slow down in production of water. I replace filters per manufactures recommended schedule and it has served me well. I have installed a few of the button batteries on the handle when it showed a red light instead of the normal blue flashing light while getting water. I am sure it alerted me to change the filters when it flashed red. I have even subscribed to the automatic subscription to help me remember to change the filters. Great purchase overall.
