To keep your water tasting great, it’s important to periodically change out the filters, as well as the membrane cartridge. There are three filters and one membrane cartridge to change out, each of which corresponds to a different stage below.
- Stage 1: Sediment
- Stage 2: Pre-Carbon
- Stage 3: RO Membrane
- Stage 4: Post-Carbon
Stage 1 and 2 should be replaced every six months, stage 3 every two to five years and stage 4 annually. High water usage or high sentiment levels may require more frequent replacement.
Need a little help remembering when to change them out? Register for our filter replacement reminders and we’ll send an alert right to your inbox.
With the proper installation and care, you can enjoy fresh, great-tasting water for years to come.
